I can't believe it:  It's been eight years to the day since my very first blog post.   A lot has happened since then.  So many memories (births and deaths, graduations and marriages, birthdays and anniversaries, vacations and holidays, and everything in between) it's hard to remember them all.

I'm not sure which direction I'm going to head in.   Whichever direction I choose, it will be forward.

It just so happens that the night I decide to revive this blog is the night that the Oregon Ducks play the Ohio State Buckeyes for the National Championship of college football.

I'm going to keep my thoughts on hold for now.
